    Not great. Offered me ВЈ2695 initially, valid for 7 days, but I was away the following week, so I had to get a new quote - only ВЈ2500. Took it along anyway. It was a 10 year old car that I bought when it was less than a year old, still in good nick but with a few minor paint chips and scuffs to alloys. I forgot to bring the parcel shelf, but promised to supply it at the right price. The salesman refused to take this into consideration and said he had to configure the offer on the basis it had no parcel shelf. Entered everything in to the computer and came up with a figure of ВЈ1750. A complete waste of time and effort. They did the same with my sister - I should have known better.
