    Appalling customer service. Had used for 2 years as reasonable good and convenient at ВЈ20. Out of blue ВЈ30 today for no reason other than it was dirty. It was same looking car as always just busy in queue. Surely if you want the premium service you ask for it. After saying i wouldnt use again I was told no problem. Just really dissapointing treatment to previous loyal customer and rude too.
